My take on CMF based on conf call, CMF PR and GNBT

Joe claims CMF sold shares illegally causing the dividend to be delayed which in turn caused a panic selloff.
CMF says they were entitled to sell because terms of the waiver agreement / sale were not met.
6 month chart shows sharp decline beginning early July. Followed by a slight recovery in early sept then decline again through December.
My opinion is that Joe is at least partially correct. I would need to know the dates of CMF selling to know for sure but if they started selling after the div was announced and prior to div original date the it would seem that they sabotaged the div and uplist in order to force GNBT to change the terms and be eligible for the div on new terms. This is accomplished by adding shares without due bill to the float. Forcing GNBT to recognize additional eligible shares otherwise it would be a logistical nightmare trying to figure out how to compensate people who bought prior to the pay date and happened to buy CMF shares without the due bill.
If correct then I also believe Joe is correct that the SEC will not take kindly to this behavior and will fine CMF. that may boost SP but other than that will not “benefit” shareholders. A civil trial (victory) would take years, cost lots of money, and also any award would not be put in our hands but rather go to GNBT directly and MAY also boost SP a bit.
What is disputed and must be determined by the SEC is the extensions and waiver agreement Joe says were in place and CMF says don’t exist or were not fulfilled.
IF Joe is wrong he needs to own it and move on. If not he will lose all trust.
If Joe is right he need to follow this to the end even if on principle alone. Just to make a point that we won’t be bullied and not fight back. If not this opens the door for anyone else to do the same.
My advise to Joe would be to make sure all your facts are correct. Investor confidence may be shaken right now based on delays but if it turns out we’ve been misled it will be broken and likely unrepairable. I sincerely hope and believe that is not the case.
Lastly Joe if you think this is a bash in disguise it’s not. I am long and have never sold a single share of GNBT. DM me and I’ll give you my name number of shares and phone number to verify.
