One should never surrender to the barbarians at the Quantum gate walls of Fortress QMC, but should instead spring a bear trap on them.
In the mean time they are making the stock an obvious strong buy
Their efforts are a supper strong buy signal and bottom, blood in the streets signal!!!
Low volume is also a strong signal no wants to sell for less, thus are working over time to try and raise selling volume. They have failed miserably.
