History: Prior to November 19, 2018 the company had no business going and the company was operating on tight budget with limited resources, the pressure from financial filling stretched the company's budget and resources to a breaking point that Stephen decided to forego the filing and retreat to the Pink Sheet for a while. Downgrading to the Pink does not affect the company's operation, it may affect only liquidity in stock trading as some stock brokers do not trade "Pink" stocks. The no-filing for 2017 10K and the subsequent three 10Q's resulted in listing downgrading to the Pink. Released from the pressure of financial filing Stephen concentrated all his effort in capturing business deal. At last promising dealing was in the making. On April 30, 2018 Stephen filed the delinquent 10K and in June published the encouraging and optimistic Shareholder Update hinting business deal was imminent.

After the three delinquent 10Q were filed in August/September filing was current and listing was upgraded back to OTCQB. The 2018 10K and the following 10Q were also filed and filing was up to date. On November 19 the company announced the Licensing Agreement with Amtronics in India.

Base on the above history, smart shareholders conceive that Stephen wanted to release financial filing pressure and concentrate the company's resources in capturing business deal in the QD Blockchain-Anti-counterfeit project. When the current delinquent 10K and 10Q's are filed, filing will be current and listing will be upgraded to OTCQB again for the second time and shareholders can be sure that good news will follow.
