Ok, good point. But where's the money coming from to hire more high priced attorneys to continue this?
I'd rather the company pay off debt and buy back shares. It seems like it would be sort of a Pyrrhic victory, anyway - it's on to deals and revenues and new patents and forward looking stuff.
If the new patents are granted and they improve the current software, it's a whole new ballgame, anyway.
