It's good news that Cathy is still there and great news that Barry called you back.
If they were planning to close up shop neither of those 2 things would of happened.
Pretty good sign.. all things considered.
If we get the financials then I would expect a completed deal after that.
Just getting current should get us back above the super dead zone we are in.
