I called Coates yesterday and spoke to Cathy (the receptionist) for a couple minutes. We had a very pleasant conversation. Upon the end of our conversation, I kindly asked her to have Barry Kaye (the CFO) reach out to me regarding the delinquent 10-Q's at his convenience. As it turned out Mr. Kaye returned my call roughly two hours later. I will note it was actually extremely generous of him to even return my call at that time because his wife had a major surgery and he had to leave the office early to head home and tend to her.
That being said, he mentioned that he got a forbearance granted from the SEC on the delinquent 10-Q's and they have an additional quarter to file them before they get delisted. And although nothing is guaranteed he is rather confident that everything will be filed long before then.
Furthermore, my gut is telling me out of the three deals they mentioned in the last press release dated December 20th, 2019. they are nearing completion on one of them. Therefore, I'm thinking we're going to get information on the most imminent deal in the next 2-3 weeks (give me a little rope here because this is my best attempt to read between the lines via the conversations I had yesterday).
