Here’s my question on the S-1, what would be the reason for the S-1 not to be approved by the SEC? I doubt the investor(s) would have provided the money if they did not go over everything themselves.

While I’m critical of what’s going on, I don’t think they’d have put the S-1 in without believing it would be successful.
