Yep, solvency could be an issue. What if the SEC doesn't allow the S-1? How much cash will be left out of the bridge loan if the S-1 does not get approved by the end of January? I am guessing a big chunk of the loan will be gone quickly to pay lawyers, accountants, payroll and such.
