Board members have from 32,000,000 to over 100,000,000 shares. One board member who is a 'related party' has also purchased several notes and is not even converting them. That related party board member has over 300,000,000 shares as best I can figure based on public filings.
The BOD has a history of FAILURE, yet as you point out they have been 'given' shares for their FAILURE to lead. 100MM shares are worth $780K as of Tuesday's close. That's outrageous and shareholders should be appalled.
As for related parties, this is typical.
In September of 2019, the Company entered into a convertible promissory note agreement in the amount of $12,000 with a related party. This note pays interest at a rate of 6% per annum and the principal and accrued interest are due on or before April 17, 2020. The note is unsecured and is convertible at the lender’s option into shares of the Company’s common stock at a rate of $0.003 per share.
For some reason insiders aren't interested in market shares. Kyle tells shareholders not to sell too soon, but he has no problem selling .003 shares AFTER he makes such a declaration.
Merry Christmas
