"I think one of the tell-tell signs for our company will be the first quarter. As we go through January, February and March... you know, I've repeatedly said the Seasearcher will find gold and silver. I know it will find gold and silver. What I don't know is if there is gold and silver on this site. Now, having said that, obviously I believe there is gold and silver on this site. Because it's a major wreck and it was never salvaged, it's laying out there somewhere. Well, it won't take me that long, depending on the weather – if we have 8-foot seas every day that'll be a problem – but, we'll be able to put that Seasearcher out there and it'll find that for us. And when we start making those finds and begin to announce that.. I currently see that happening in the next quarter, somewhere in January, February March, in that time frame. I'm extremely optimistic about that. And that really changes the future of our company right there when we make the first find, using the Seasearcher, because it's proof... you know... that this works. Right now it's still a concept, people can still question it. But that's proof. And if it works on one site, it'll work around the world."
This is one bold statement.
And when he says "it's still a concept" he means it's a concept to the public and everyone not directly involved in it's development, not that it's a concept to the scientists actually making it. It is clearly partly being used already and as they are progressing, every facet they test is working, successful and producing results which must be pretty promising.
