Some of the other top traders who haven't been traditionally loading $OTTV on the big .0050 > .0100 surges are adding more at .0009 / .0010 as a few more people sell for a tax loss.
The last day those who don't have a $25K margin account - not Pattern Day Trader status - can sell and get the tax rebate is Thursday December 26 (to allow 3 business days for trades to clear).
So the cheap buying opportunities are not likely to last.
