I do not agree - almost nobody has anything with a cost basis in the .7000 to $1.4 range - because prior to the successful r/s there was a log jam of people trying to flip from .0007 to .0008 and nobody had got .0006s or below in weeks.
In addition, they didn't get any .0006s > .0005s on the warning day January 14 either - so anyone who sells their .4000 / .5000 cost basis shares at .7000 will have nothing to run into the $1 > $2 range with and hold long-term as "free" shares for possible uplisting in later years.
By process of elimination, I could almost list which top traders control the majority of the available shares under $1. I certainly have a very good idea of how many it is total.
As a rough rule of thumb, every 25K to 50K bought on the ask is going to get a .2 increment move to the upside.
