New bidder at .3100 (totally unrealistic but he or she will catch on when it's at .5000+).
Usually takes new interest a few days to get used to the normal wide spread and the need to get some on the ask first before bidding to at least have some before it is another .2000 up.
Only bashers painting down will be selling under .4500 now.
