Reuters optimized score gives more weight to insider trading and several other factors for small cap stocks. They now rate insider trading as a 10, obviously because of the sequence of buys over the past few weeks, and absolutely no selling of any shares by insiders. So that is a big part of why their optimized score went up in the past month.
