Morningstar came out with a quantitative report on

I think that is partially the reasoning why all the buying
That and all the pieces of VERB are coming together and 2020 will look pretty, pretty good.
Those selling maybe didn't know the report came out and there are other catalysts coming including this week?
Maybe they were doing quantitative trading?
You may be curious what Quantitative Analysis is
"Unlike traditional qualitative investment analysts, quants don’t visit companies, meet the management teams, or research the products the firms sell to identify a competitive edge. They often don’t know or care about the qualitative aspects of the companies they invest in, relying purely on math to make investment decisions."
So just based on the quantitative data, Morningstar put the fair value at $2.31 with a discount of 41%. When I do the math, that is a 50% gain from here just based on the valuation at the moment without taking into any qualitative analysis.
Yup, that's not looking at anything else but the numbers
And that's not 1 year from now, that is right now and that is just crunching numbers
But wait, there is more
For YTD revenue, they used $6.6M, but we know because of the acquisition, and the Q1 revenue that couldn't fall under VERB because the close was in April, the actual revenue is higher
What would their number crunching look like if they knew the full YTD revenue?
But wait, there is more
Reuters also update their report
Reuter's Optimized Score on VERB went from 6 last month and 7 two weeks ago, to 8 out of 10 now.
Wonder why it shifted so quickly?
