Impossible to transfer penny stocks from one brokerage to another. I have tried to get my UNVC transferred from ET to Schwab and they would not do it. I spoke with upper tier reps from both houses. I also inquired with TDA a while back to get my account there transferred to ET, but same situation. Cannot transfer pennies.
I have yet to hear of anyone who has been successful doing that. For big boards, no problem. But not with pennies.
