Yeah, also you subtract the exercise price of additional shares. So suppose those 250M warrants, options, etc, had an average exercise price of 50c. The 525M would get a buyout of $1. 400M O/S x $1 + 250M (1-.05) = 525M. So at low numbers this makes about a 20% extra, 650M buyout gets you 1.20. But at higher numbers it is much less significant.
