So that we are all speaking apples to apples, the better way to ask this question is what Market Cap would you be willing to accept/would make you happy/would be appropriate for a CYDY BO.
For those who are not familiar, "Market Cap" in a buyout sense usually means the product of: (a) Share Price; and (b) fully-diluted shares outstanding (shares, warrants, options, shares issuable upon conversion of preferred stock, shares issuable on conversion of convertible notes).
At the end of the day, Market Cap/number of fully-diluted shares = price per share in a BO.
For example, at a BO share price of $1, CYDY's current fully-diluted market cap would be about $650M, as there are approximately 650M shares fully-diluted right now (see link). So the BO needs to be $1.3B to see a $2 share price, and so on...
