There has been speculation of competing offers, but NP has been consistent since announcing the NBA about the terms initially outlined. IMO the other offers being entertained are for different geographical regions (EU and 8 other MM for HIV noted in the Annual Meeting slides on the website) and/or other indications (NASH) as NP said they would immediately send results to interested parties.
