Well the deal happened and is happening as we go starting when it launched in mid November. I think if you really want an answer to this dilemma you are posing (which I honestly think you should relieve yourself of this worry by calling it a moot point) you have to ask if an 8-K is required to be filed here by Fiserv. If one hasn’t been filed then it obviously isn’t required, at least not as of yet. I wouldn’t spend a second doubting the validity of this deal though, I truly wouldn’t. I would personally rather spend my time thinking about what’s next cause this already happened and is happening.
