However both Fiserv and First Data are/were public companies, and therefore required to file 8-K or 10-K documents with the SEC regarding any significant contracts, regardless of the status of the other party to that contract, private or public. I was just sending out a recruiting call after spending an entire day searching for an answer to my question, to no avail. I am ignorant about certain facts surrounding that relationship and I was attempting to eliminate my ignorance.
