I think they only needed the results for the final 700mg patients, and they had that by the end of Oct, and the stabilization results that they were supposed to have by the end of Nov. That only leaves the 525 or 700mg decision by the FDA before they can file the BLA. So at this time, I believe it's out of NP's hands.
