Concerns I have are nothing new. December is a tough month to get things done as many businesses slow down before Christmas. I would expect the same of the FDA. Is Nader going to file the BLA at the last minute on 12/31? What still needs to be done on CYDY's part to complete parts 2 and 3? What about more dilution ? Where is this so-called deal 'any day now'?
I emailed Nader stuff like this...nothing new but just need him to know ANOTHER shareholder is very concerned.
