You said the S1 was getting signed this week. It better for the sake of everyone involved and a PR should be announced as quickly as possible stating what is going on as well.
At this writing, the PPS is down to .70. That is .14 below closing on Friday. GNBT cannot, I repeat, cannot take many more of these hits. Your shareholders have stayed with you out of loyalty, but sheeze, something needs to happen and happen soon. These .13 / .14 day hits when the PPS is under 1.00 are getting to frequent and the stock just can't take much more.
I know we just had a CC, but there should be a PR that outlines what is going on as well, positives, something so everyone out there knows what is going on. It is really imperative to stop the bleeding. I just can't state this enough.
I don't own a million shares like I heard someone say on the call, but I do own my fair share, which I consider quite a bit. This is a painful time for me as I know it is for others who own more than I do and even others, who own less. Watching the PPS sink this low and actually hit a 52 week low is unsettling. Seeing that it has the potential now to go even lower is even moreso.
I don't know if CMF is selling more of their shares or if others are. I don't know if people are just throwing their hands up. But, something needs to give. This is up to Generex now to stop the bleeding.
