Well this is a mess and I broke all my rules because of the expectations of the dividend. I'm now down 65% a record for any stock investment I have ever made. If it were not for the potential lawsuits, I would be happy if the dividend were outright cancelled. I'm not much of a fan of issuing dividends and splits to keep shareholders happy or support PPS.
After listening to the conference call and all of the comments I now think the dividend should be paid immediately to all with due dates and let the PPS find it's own market level. GNBT should not open itself to potential lawsuits.
Take a lawsuite to CMF and forget about any class action. And most importantly, now Focus all attention on executing the plan. .... Frustrated ....
