Re: Creekrat #9305
Hi there,

I suggested it as well, yesterday, that should simply be forced to buy back their shares, but I am not sure that they will simply comply to this request, as this will cost them A LOT OF MONEY.
So there is most likely more "force" required to make them buy back their 2M shares. So something like, either you go to jail for a LOOOONNNNNNGGG time, or you buy back those shares. Jail time can only be ordered by a court and judge, which means this requires legal action/ a law suit.

@MMPJOE as per your request, what exactly do you ask of me? Do you ask for my approval as a shareholder, for GNBT to start legal actions against CMF? Or are you asking if I am in for a class action lawsuit?
For the first, I can immediately say YES, with capital letters. May these CMF bastards burn in hell for what they have done to Generex and us shareholders. Related to a potential "class action lawsuit", I don't think this is possible, as they explcitely breached a contract with GNBT and not me. So the only possibility for us, GNBT shareholders, might be that we would sue them separately (individually or in a class action lawsuit) to compensate us for our losses, as a consequence of their wrong doings. But in my view, and I am surely not a legal expert, especially not in US law, this can only be two separate things. You/GNBT suing them for their breach of contract, and we, suing them for our losses, as a consequence of the breach and them illegally dumping shares into the market and thus cause the share price to plunge.
Just my view of the matter.
