I also believe this might be a reason for delay..NASH.
As for part 2 BLA , once Dr NP said maybe it will be submitted in November , than couple time he said " we will finish BLA before end of December , so I am not sure if they will submit both part 2 and 3 together in December ,or not , but not that important already .
