Hey, Paul, Here is the link to the Naz Capital

Here is the link to the Naz Capital Mkt listing requirements:
http://nasdaq.cchwallstreet.com/nasdaq/main/n...efault.asp
From that, here is the excerpt for the $3 (right after the $4 bid price):
" Minimum closing price of $3 per share, if the Company meets the requirements of the Equity or Net Income Standards under Rules 5505(b)(1) or (b)(3)"
Of note, we already meet the Equity Standard, and the Net Tangible Assets requirement is not a part of the $3 listing... hooray!
Also of note, for what it's worth, I have no expectation that we will qualify for the Naz in the next few months UNLESS the NGIO spin is highly successful (big $, Naz NGIO listing). I am a little skeptical of that as well, as it's not just the hope of great things that brings this to fruition... it's someone with deep pockets spending big money because they believe it is actually worth something. (Come on, MRK!)
I honestly think we will likely be in this situation until there is organic growth on the Ks... maybe 2-3 more to see a trend and some sort of real revenue growth.
Of course, there doesn't need to be much in the way of revenues to support the current pricing, just the visibility to covering cost and any sort of profit potential on the horizon will do the trick. Using my simplified model that you all know and love:
Say the price gets cut in half to $0.465 and merits a 15X multiple.
That's an implied NI of $.031.
On ~70MM shares , that's an ANNUAL PROFIT of $2.17MM or $542,500 of profit per quarter.
So again I say, this company either folds or blows the current expectations out of the water.
Bring on the CC!
