So this is what makes sense to me....please feel free to comment, agree or disagree - love to hear everyone's thoughts -
1. GNBT's first and foremost goal is uplist
2. To uplist, according to my understanding of the NASDAQ uplisting requirement, GNBT now just need to have a bid price of $4 then we can uplist (I know Buildit said it is $3...but I could not find it in the rules...so, please correct me if I am wrong)...and there is no 5 days requirement if the bid price is at $4.
Knowing this - GNBT will do whatever it takes to get the PPS to $4 because everything seems to be hinging on the uplist.
So...I think as long as PPS is under $4....GNBT will do its best to move the PPS up..whether through dividends, contracts with big pharma, if possible, or whatever...(btw - Joe mentioned he didn't want to reverse stock split...)
so, if you buy a share at $0.93 today, the PPS get cut into 1/2 after the 1:1 dividend...then you can count on GNBT working hard for you to get the PPS to at $4 because that's their first and foremost goal....which means in the near future, we should enjoy sizable gain.
Again...this is what makes sense to me...not a motivational speaker (lol)...just logic.
