Orion Capital got 4M shares in September at .016 for consulting fees along with 4M shares each for litigation settlement with Brewer and Greentree, even though the sum sued for makes the settlement at more like a dime a share.
EMA Financial settled debt for 4.5M shares.
Richard Davis cancelled 1700 shares... odd. Who is he?
In addition to the convertible portion G already noted, EMA invested another $125k on Oct 3.
2 new subsidiaries set up:
Avant Diagnostic HQ in Washington DC and Hemp Biohealth LLC. Oddly, Gerald is not listed as the sole Director of AMBS Operations LLC
