I have read the posts about when you call in a buy

I have read the posts about when you call in a buy. On how they ask alot of information. Today was the first time I have bought while having to call in. It was close to the end of the day, for a little over 10k. The guy never asked me for more than my user name, and info for my trade. Is it because of maybe when you started your etrade account, or when you first purchased Unvc, or how many shares you own, that they want to know additional information. I am just wondering if everyone who has phoned in, has been asked extra information. Or just certain people, or certain amounts being purchased?
