Trying to be positive, I know we all think it sounds ridiculous, but this hemp/cbd thing is a huge and growing business and distribution is one of the keys to success, since it's not like a prescription drug where one clearly works and the other doesn't. I think Gerald felt that being part of a larger company with a 100M stake and hopefully funding for development of the remaining assets, was preferable to nothing and gradually going under while trying to shop each one around.
