I would do exactly what he said he was going to do. License with Platinum and then engage with big box for private label.
There is nothing guaranteed with the J&J lawsuit. In fact, you know this likely drags fir a while. Your fooling yourself and your followers if you think otherwise. Frankly, I’m are tired of your weekly spin. IMO, your NOBO spin (you are NOBO, right?) is just an attempt to soothe investors if nothing happens. Which leads me to believe that nothing will happen.
So, J say go get the license agreement signed. Take the upfront cash and pursue with vigor the private label. Basically, do what you said you were going to do. I the a J&J settlement pays off in DECNs favor all the better. it don’t bank on it in the short-mid term. BTW, that means within a year.
Do we really want to wait another year. I don’t think so. Just do what you said you were going to do and I’m certain most NOBO shareholders and others will be more than satisfied. Further it just might allow you to spend more time doing something of leisure. Dont you get tired of responding to NOBO shareholders who have been invested for over 5 years and haven’t seen any tangible, documented progress?
