Yes this is the response rate before the overlap I saved because it used the same 115 on 525mg and 45 on 700mg as the poster in January. Since then, the greater than 10 weeks data for 700mg has fluctuated from 100% down to 89% (low n changes it dramatically) and back to 92%. That have enrolled about another 100 since then. The 525mg data has went up to 95% after 10 weeks since the overlap as those new patients enrolled moved past 10 weeks. I expected it to settle back down to 90%, but it is staying at 95%. So the new enrollment with the overlap added must have a higher efficacy rate. ~90% for the first 115 without overlap, must be ~100% for the next 100 with overlap.
