Trding , - sometimes I can’t stop thinking and looking for explanations , as I am doing now with dose of Leronlimab and efficacy ..

So in mono ,
Final Results after 10 weeks , 525 were 95%’
And 700 mg upper 80,s or 90%,
And with time they changed for 700 mg to 92%...

That must be because all the last patients admitted for 700 mg were with longer overlap ..
It telling me that all the results we know until now are the lowest we will ever know , and they good .,

Now when we start to have every patient dose given according to results of Receptor Occupancy Test ,
and every patient on longer overlap , 4 weeks was a plan by some PR ,
It will be interesting to see .,

I will like to see results at the end of induction phase of our pivotal mono ,
first 10 weeks of treatment , ( 4 weeks overlap plus 6 weeks induction , as per past information )

How much different it should be than the last time ..and I believe that it will be a big difference ..

Hopefully our pivotal mono will start in December !!!!
