The question is whether the demand side of the equation is being made aware of the supply side. It should be a no-brainer that this author and / or blog would have been made immediately aware of SF software by either our publicist, press person or marketing person, at least as a comment.
In the many cases that are cited here, SF should be responding to all that the solution is at hand, that SF has the patented answers. This is an opportunity for potentially free publicity to be had with an audience that cares, and the company should maybe consider using a "clipping service" to that end.
