Those two items are the responsibility of Torres himself, not the company so they would not be in a report to the Bureau about company matters.

Not the company? Did you not read the multiple PR's about the mask find?

The purpose of the report is to include all relevant information about the permitted area. Seafarer's had nothing to do with the pistol and the platters, but those are included in the report. As is this.

Coins on the Beach

Previously, coins discovered on the beach were vital to the later discovery of the 1715 Fleet shipwreck sites to the south. For decades, coins had been found on Treasure Coast beaches. With coins and other shoreline treasure finds, Kip Wagner and his Real Eight Corporation associates, began to search in the near-shore surf zone, and one by one, the other 1715 shipwreck sites were eventually discovered and salvaged.

Through the development of local knowledge in the Melbourne Beach area it has been ascertained that local metal detectorists have routinely discovered Spanish colonial coins on the beach adjacent to the scattered offshore site. When cleaned the coins underwent numismatic examination and were found to be from the Mexico City Mint. The dates on the coins were as early as 1701, with eight and four real coins having later dates that included 1710 and 1711. No coins have been discovered in the immediate area dating later than 1714.

Probably why there was not a PR about the mask by the company.

The paid promos by the company included PR's (plural) about the mask and coin find.

Dr. Torres then shared his excitement for the Company’s most recent wreckage find of a Peruvian Death Mask made out of Uridium, presenting an intriguing historical significance. The team then found a Spanish piece of eight about 150 yards away from the mask, which was dated 1712. Dr. Torres explained that the Company has an exploratory permit which will allow them to excavate this site.

Jolly then asked about the Company's finding of the Peruvian death mask. Kennedy explained that this was quite a unique finding as it more than likely served as a trophy on a ship that they are currently exploring. Kennedy shared that the current value of the mask is unknown, however it is renowned for its historical significance. He explained that this finding was also important as it proved the accuracy and efficiency of the Company's team and technology.

Fall out with Indy or not, "IF TRUE, this information regarding the mask and coin find during the reporting period should be in the report. Even if it was presented the way Josh did on Discovery.

As I have posted before, the content in these paid promos never seem to match what is filed with the SEC or the state.

And as I just showed, it doesn't even match what you now claim.

I guess if Indy was no longer needed to dump shares.....well, you know.
