I personally am unaware of anything Torres is currently doing.
If you are saying why have they no longer mentioned any patents regarding Torres I can take a guess based on what you presented.
"The company entered into as assignment of rights agreement..."
This means if Torres (I assume it's about Torres) invents something that gets a patent, that patent will be assigned to the company. It does not mean he did invent something. At least as I understand it based on that statement that I assume came from the company in a report.
The mask and coin were found by Torres on his own time, not company time. Those two items are the responsibility of Torres himself, not the company so they would not be in a report to the Bureau about company matters. Probably why there was not a PR about the mask by the company.
But thanks for taking the time to comb through and scrutinize reports to the FBAR and the company filings. It must take up a lot of your time to do so much research into a company in which you've never invested and don't own any shares.
Some people would say that's very odd for you to do such a thing. As though there's another motivation behind it.
What actually matters now is significant news from the company. That's what shareholders are waiting on. Any significant news should be a game changer for the company.
