And no, to me, even if mono and NASH and TNBC all come to fruition, it does not make him a good CEO, it meant he was good at other things. Perhaps a more capable CEO would have moved things along more quickly and efficiently, and the share price would not have nose dived. As for the board granting him more money, there is no disconnect. The board takes care of the board. Most of us get raises based on merit, but not NP. Thus far, nothing has been accomplished that we can hang our hats on, as evidenced by the precipitous fall in share price. But again, I have NEVER said he should be replaced at this time. We're already mid-stream and need to stay on this horse.
