I will hold judgement until the book is written if his decisions were correct. He is a slugger aiming for the fences, all it takes is one hit, and he becomes the hero.

I think his public speaking ability is fine, I have no issue there. But yeah managing expectations is an big huge issue. Having another person as the mouthpiece of the company might be better if NP can't stop making these timelines that he always misses on. Agree 100%.
And why I am focused on improving our situation while using NP? That is the most realist option in my opinion. Replacing NP is dreamland. Have you guy invested in other otc stocks? Maybe that is the real issue here.
