Joe has stated he has discussed the $2 issue w Donohoe but has not asked them to discuss it w Naz. Waiting for the other 10k issues to be cleared first is probably a prudent approach.
I believe the div will absolutely be paid w these current dates. Joe won't want to upset people w another date shift, no matter what the share price. And it will be one less thing to cloud the picture, even if it does cause a drop in price.
