I think the dividend does get paid out at the end of November this time. They can't push it off again, but the PPS needs to go up a bit for this to happen, especially if we are still on OTC. If we don't see a small percentage hit on the dividend and see a 50% reduction on the PPS, that's a huge hit however you see it.
Joe does seem to have a lot of confidence in the 10-K, so we'll see on the 10-K.
The 2.00 PPS is an interesting topic as we were first looking at 90 days right before the application process, then after the 2.00 drop, the discussion became 2.00 during the 2017 / 2018 years. So, if that is counted, it's a non issue and it all comes down to the 10-K it looks like and 3.00 or 4.00 has no bearing. I'd still like to get confirmation from Joe on this to settle it once and for all.
