Perhaps the delay is because in the conference call end of September NP said discussion was deep that he couldn't talk about it. Then at the micro cap rodeo and ensuing proactive video, he continued to talk about it.

Speculation doesn't really benefit anyone. I'm just hoping it's not a self inflicted wound.
