I agree with your accountability statements. However, your analogy of "if this board was the parents of a child" isn't inaccurate IMO. At this MB or any other MB, we are not in a position of power (parent) to do anything other than voice these frustrations for accountability individually to the BOD who has such power (parent). Even as individuals doing such, this or any other MB isn't the forum for such accountability, but direct contact with the BOD. I respect your and any other opinions that are presented respectfully to those who differ (as I try to do), so I hope this doesn't come off as being a jerk or trying to invalidate your frustrations (because I share these same frustrations also).

As I previously stated, I am not blindly forgiving or crucifying NP yet. If and as further information becomes available, I will act appropriately and either pat him on the back or contact the BOD. For me personally this decision is TBD, but I understand if you and others act sooner.

Also, per an email exchange with Marek, the deal is not dead, but delayed. I'm not sure if this has been publicly released, but if you email Marek at mciszewski@cytodyn.com, I'm sure he would kindly inform you of the same.
