“Also, per an email exchange with Marek, the deal is not dead, but delayed. I'm not sure if this has been publicly released, but if you email Marek at mciszewski@cytodyn.com, I'm sure he would kindly inform you of the same.
No need to email Marek to come firm the delay, it’s already public knowledge. NP said 6 weeks, today is 6 weeks and there was no announcement, so a delay is obvious. I doubt we’ll ever know the reason, but as long as it’s done eventually, who cares.
