Mr. Kay went after BOTH -- PF and then MSFT, which was stated in the SEC filings when peeps take the time to read them. And the settlement amount for infringing on $SFOR "OOB/MFA" IP (not KE IP) was more than 9M! MSFT hasn't paid anything for KE IP that I've read to date.
Also keep in mind not ALL DoD and FED GOV devices (i.e. Mobile) are using MSFT Azure. McAfee would cover the larger footprint! McAfee is integrated with DoD and FED GOV overall devices/baselines. McAfee/ACS solution brief shows both KE and OOB/MFA IP for the Industry/Ecosystem ONLY Encrypted OOB/MFA solution!
