Last year, the 10K was only for a mostly defunct company with no revenues, so the 10K was easy (or easier). This year there are many more moving parts and percentages of companies purchased. I see the announcement at 11AM today says, "as detailed in our 10K annual report that will be filed in the coming days." lol

True, but they were not trying to get to Nasdaq at that time and this was supposed to be a priority this go around to get the information, so I thought it was a bit critical to get it done faster. Maybe not.
Also, though, with 2.00 PPS being broken, maybe there is not a rush to get it reviewed and sent to the SEC for NASDAQ, so they might send it by the regular due date, who knows?
All guessing on my part, since we have not heard anything from Generex on it.
