So, this gives a bit more insight then. If we look at the continue to pursue, then it makes a bit more sense with the 2.00 issue, especially when they are talking about a call in the coming weeks, which could be end of November or even December for all we know, based on the phrase 'coming weeks'.
They apparently know what is in the 10-K due to the way he phrased his statement on it that they have made significant progress as detailed in the 10-K annual report.
So, I'm just guessing here, but maybe the NASDAQ is being pushed out, unless, he is by his statement, saying while they are pursing the NASDAQ uplisting (now), we plan to host a investor call in the coming weeks.
It really depends on how he was thinking when he said it.
