I have no problem with the dividend being delayed, especially with what has happened with the PPS. If the dividend gets cut in half right now, that's a huge hit, so delay it and let the PPS rise in my view.
I agree, that to much is happening. Way to much.
The PPS needs to be focused on and it's sinking like the Titanic right now, so to speak, so that should be one of the top agendas at the moment for Joe and team to focus on and yeah, I know the 10-K has a lot of auditors working on various companies, but again, the expectation was put out there it was coming very soon. When you get a PPS going down, a 10-K talk that revenue, etc.. is looking good over the year and so forth and the 10-K should show it, the coming very soon expectation then becomes very important overall.
Since Nasdaq looks to be pushed out probably (my thoughts only), PPS needs to get back up as a priority, to get NASDAQ back in focus and Dividend can be pushed to the focus soon also.
Again, my thoughts.
