Wow, I take off for a week to spend with my family up from Texas and all heck breaks loose on the board.

Does the decline in price bother me...heck yeah, I don't think anyone likes losing $10K in a week (or $200K for doc...sorry doc). However we are waiting on the 10K, the ASM and the dividend. Will they all be handled right (or at least how we shareholders feel is right for us), probably not. I can't imagine how difficult it is to bring the 10Ks of a half dozen companies into 1 consolidated 10K, but it is done all the time by many companies. That is what the auditors are paid to do. They obviously need all the time they are allotted to in this case. We need to see revenue. I know Joe keeps talking about shareholders equity, etc, but we need revenue.

The ASM is going to be a simple event with not much to discuss since nothing is finalized on most pending business.

In my opinion, if the dividend can be delayed 1 month to coincide with the NGIO listing, then it probably should. We need price support and getting the dividend (which FINRA shows as a 2 for 1 split) right now is going to hurt the stock price. It will provide more shares that can be sold by some of the investors that are just waiting for it and cutting off their nose right now to spite their face while waiting for the dividend.

IMHO Joe is trying to do too much at one time. Throwing too much spaghetti at the wall to see what is going to stick.
